Operating Lease

We as lessors acquire certain aircraft at our own risk and transfer the product to the lessee as the lease object, for the purpose of temporary possession and utilization. The time period in which the leased aircraft is transferred to the lessee is minimum three years. Payments are received from the lessee over a specified period of time depending on the agreed terms.

Operating leases are attractive to many lessee airlines as a way to manage obsolescence risk, since the lessor retains ownership of the equipment and the asset risk associated with it.
